Wild Kingdom

It has been quite a while since I've posted on the house blog. I'm thankful I've been too busy living in the house to blog about it. However, I feel certain many of you have been curious how life is going at the Ponderosa. If I had to sum it up in a few words it would be... Welcome to the Wild Kingdom!

Apparently when you buy a home that has been dilapidated and distraught it has a tendency to have some unwanted tenants.

In the past year I have evicted:
1 chipmunk
3 birds
1 possum
countless squirrels
carpenter bees
wasps

Thankfully, I haven't caught any animals in quite a while.... but there is a trap set and waiting as I type :-)
